GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issuance.
2. Gift certificates must be redeemed at Salon XYZ and must be presented at the time of purchase.
3. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
4. Gift certificates may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card.
5. XYZ Salon is not responsible for lost, destroyed, or stolen gift certificates.
6. Gift certificates are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.
7. Terms are void where prohibited by law.
8. XYZ Salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
